If a selected variant cannot be produced in the customer\u2019s country, it cannot be purchased or may appear as out of stock.\n\nProduct images are for guidance. Minor differences in colour and print placement may occur due to screen settings, materials and different production methods. This does not limit the customer\u2019s rights if the product is defective or does not conform to the order. Availability depends on the product, clothing brand, colour, size and printing method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If a product or selected variant cannot be produced in the customer\u2019s country, it cannot be purchased or may appear as out of stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customers should allow time for both production and transportation. Production normally takes a few business days, after which the product is shipped by the production partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The total delivery time may vary depending on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n SinsitArt will contact the customer if an order is significantly delayed. Unless otherwise agreed, the order will be delivered no later than 30 days after the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When the product is shipped, the customer will normally receive an email containing tracking information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n An order may contain products manufactured at different production locations. The customer may therefore receive the order in several packages with separate tracking numbers. Back to top \u2191<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n After notifying SinsitArt of the withdrawal, the customer must return the product without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after sending the notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The product must be returned to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n SinsitArt The customer pays the direct cost of returning the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n SinsitArt does not accept packages sent cash on delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The customer bears the risk during return shipping and is responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packaged. Customers are advised to keep the shipping receipt and tracking information as proof of return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The order number or a copy of the order confirmation should be included so that the return can be identified. The photographs are used to investigate the problem and determine the appropriate solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The product must not be returned before the customer has received instructions from SinsitArt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the complaint is justified, the solution may, depending on the circumstances, be replacement, repair, a price reduction or a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n SinsitArt will cover reasonable and necessary return costs associated with a justified complaint.
