Measure a T-shirt, tank top or hoodie that already fits you well,
and compare its measurements with the tables below.

  • Length: Measured from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
  • Chest width: Measured across the garment from armpit to armpit while lying flat.
  • Sleeve length: Measured from the centre of the back of the neck, across the shoulder and down to the end of the sleeve.
Minor variations in measurements may occur.
